Rental

Businesses these days have to react quickly and offer flexible service and Kalmar's rental fleet gives you this ability. Use short term rental as part of your fleet management plan to take care of those peaks in demand, short term contract fulfilment or any other short term need.

If you need equipment for shorter periods of time from a week to several months we offer a wide selection of machines from lift trucks, reachstackers and port tractors or distribution tractors.

Contract Rental

Our contract rental option puts you in control of operating costs. Covering the complete package, it includes rental, maintenance, service and repairs over a fixed period usually 3 / 5 or 7 years. With Contract Rental you’ll know what you have to pay at all times. Other benefits include:

  • Easy budgeting
  • Off-balance sheet finance
  • More tax-efficient (100% of rental is allowable against tax)

At the end of the contract you give the machine back with no further payments to make. Contract Rental gives you use of the equipment without the hassle of ownership.

Hire Purchase

This option allows you to gain ownership at the end of the term. With a negotiable deposit, you can retain greater cash-flow for other areas of your business. Other benefits include:

  • Entitlement to writing down allowances which leads to genuine tax savings
  • The term and rate can be fixed to suit your individual needs
  • You know exactly what you have to pay in advance to give you greater financial control

Finance Lease

Finance lease is quick and easy to arrange and provides you with attractive options at the end of the agreement. For example, you can either continue to use the equipment or sell it and receive any accrued benefits of the sale as a rebate.

  • Gives you the option of taking out a secondary lease period for further flexibility
  • It’s a tax efficient option as 100% of rental cost is allowable against tax
  • You profit from the sale of the asset which acts as a sizable deposit on a future machine
  • You organise all maintenance, servicing and repairs (with Kalmar if preferred) to keep full control

And of course, you can always purchase your machine outright, direct from Kalmar.
