To reduce unproductive and unplanned container moves in the terminal it is vital to know the exact yard location of each container at all times, so that no time is wasted searching for lost or misplaced containers. Smartpath® is a container position verification system for straddle carriers and RTGs which makes it easier to control the containers. This way it will save time and trouble in the terminal.
